Perfect!
True to size. I wear an 8.5. I wanted a weather proof shoe for fall and winter outdoor walks to keep my feet warm and dry in addition to providing arch support. It definitely does all three and has a stylish city vibe as opposed to a bulky hiking boot.

Beautifully made boot, but does not fit me
I so wanted to love this boot, was was disappointed when I went to try it on. I had an extremely difficult time getting my foot into the boot--it would not go past the heel very easily. When I finally did get it on, it was way too long for my foot, and I consistently take a size 8M in Merrell boots and shoes. The boot is high quality, but alas it must go back. I see that a lot of other customers are having the same issue; Merrell, please look into improving the fit and I'll be back to buy it. It was the perfect height, had a very nice fur lining, but was a bit narrow and way too long.

Very diappointed
I have arthritis in my ankles and they do not bend or straighten well.I also have one foot that is larger than the other.I got the boot on my right foot with out too much trouble but had to struggle to get it on my left one.Once on they were very warm and comfortable.The struggle to get them off was even worse.I sent them back because I can't spend ages every time I want to put them on or take them off.

Great on ice
I usually wear an 8.5 but ended up with a 9. I actually tried these on in a store because I have weird feet. Wide toes, narrow heel, no arches. This boot does fit weird that’s why I got the 9. They are difficult to get on but are comfortable, warm and waterproof.
They work great on ice. I think the toe box could be wider. They are super cute and well made.
