I have only worn these a couple times per week for 3 months. The top lace loop ripped out in 2 months. My last outing playing disc golf on short wet grass on 3/10/26 resulted in both feet wet. NOT Waterproof. Thumbs down for weak & wet.

Cautiously optimistic
Very comfortable. A little concerned about the lace loops as I had a pair of these of similar construction prior that tore. I really hope these hold up.

Great shoe first time with issue
This is my 5th-7th pair and is only active daily shoes I have worn the last Many years. It is first pair I had any issues. After about 5 months materials are separating outside front toe area. Shoes still look like new.

They are my go to shoes everyday
Been wearing basically the same style of Merrill shoes for over a decade. I have many pairs of the vented and waterproof versions. I wear them everyday all year round. I buy new when the soles wear out. They are always comfortable from the first time I wear them up until I throw them out due to excessive wear.
