After 2 wks, already looks too bad to wear again
After wearing this sweater twice, I hand washed it per the care instructions. Unfortunately, the sweater pilled/has fuzz all over it - which I could have maybe addressed - but there's also now a little hole right in the middle of the front side of the sweater. Not sure what caused that, as I'm not aware of catching the sweater on anything the 2 times I wore it, but because it's right in the middle rather than at a seam, there's no way to fix it that wouldn't be very noticeable. So, just tossed a $200 sweather into the trash after wearing it for less than 8 hours total. Very sad. :( Instead of this wool sweater, I would suggest the cotton blend sweater (https://www.ralphlauren.com/women-clothing-sweaters/cotton-blend-sweater/0077912897.html). I've had this sweater for quite a bit longer and have worn it over and over, and it's still looks great, is holding its shape/isn't stretching out, isn't getting fuzz or pilling - and it's less expensive! : )
