Merino Wool Long Cardigan

EILEEN FISHER at her best ! This is a beautifuuly tailored classic all-purpose cardigan from EILEEN FISHER, simple , versatile and stylish. In addition, the luxurious merino wool fabric is so soft and comfortable I have purchased it in Black and Maple Oat and I am considering buying it in a third color ! Altogether, this is a stunning sweater !

Although this is a beautiful well made cardigan, I returned it as it wasn't quite what I needed. This is an elegant, lightweight, body skimming long cardigan, and I would consider it as a "stand alone" piece ro wear over an elegant underpiece, rather than something you can wear over many different tops. I found that the thin fabric will show outlines of whatever you are wearing under it. It's a great cardigan, if that's the style you're looking for.

I got this in the chestnut color and it feels so awesome, fits so perfect and get compliments when ever I wear it THAT I ordered in a black and also a blue for a daughter! It lays so perfect and the open front doesn't fly or turn back. When it went on sale got one for my mom too. I've always liked EF as size is consistent and very classic but this one is over the top!!

I purchased this in Paprika ~ It will be my go sweater for Fall! I'm in love with the color, the feel next to my skin, the length and it makes me fee warm, comfy andl happy!!! Eileen Fisher, you have outdone yourself again! I kept it in my basket for about 2 weeks to make sure I really wanted to spend the $$$$ for it, but was concerned that it might sell out so took the plunge and had my fav sales person order it so she'd get the commission! I am thrilled with it and the color is awesome ~ gives me visions of fall, crisp air, baked apples, swirling leaves and happiness all rolled into one. It's a keeper for sure!!
