Mercer Pebbled Zip Crossbody Bag

Has the darkest fakest gold tone orangey hardware. Looks old like it turned brassy. Can’t find this bag in this color anywhere online so makes me think they found some old box full of these in their warehouse and decided to sell these. Don’t bother.

I was excited initially to find a great crossbody that had more than 3 credit card slots. Sadly the clasp broke the first time when I unhooked it. This was so disappointing especially for a name brand that is so well known! I promptly returned it and just can't think about trying to purchase this brand again.

Stylish, well made, and just enough room for big wallet, my iphone and a lipgloss. Can be dressed up or down. I love it!

So disappointed! The overall quality is questionable. The hardware on the strap broke apart, and my bag fell to the ground. The second part of the logo pin that connects the strap to the hook could not be found, even with three people looking for it. This was on the same day I purchased it. There appears to be three different shades of hold going on, too. The zipper is really shiny and cheap looking, and the strap hardware is almost a rose gold-ish brass. The logo has yet another shade of gold. If I hadn’t purchased it at Nordstrom, I would swear it is a replica. Thankfully, TB has a “warranty” on their products, do I’ll be returning it as soon as possible. The positives are the strap length is perfect for my height (5’9”) and the size and capacity were perfect.

I purchased the gray one on a whim as I wanted something that would hold my key fob, gloss, money, cards, phone, etc without the bulk or over embellishments. This turned out to be perfect! It held all of the above mentioned items and I did not need an added card wallet to hold what I needed. It is perfect for the holiday season with the hustle of shopping. It’s light, it’s secure in closure and it’s close to your body. The gray has a hint of taupe. I may need this in other colors!

I bought this bag from a store and the salesperson brought a new one from the back. It had all the packaging from the factory so I thought I was getting a ‘fresh’ one. Sadly the zipper was missing teeth at the end and the pull was detached from the track. A broken zipper is a deal-breaker and now I have to waste time going back to the store to return it. Debating if I should repurchase a new one. Very disappointed.
