The Ultimate All-Rounder – Functional, Sustainable, and Stylish!
I recently picked up the Cotopaxi Mente 32L Daypack, and it has quickly become my go-to bag for just about everything. After using it for a variety of tasks, here is why I’m absolutely loving it:
• Massive Versatility: The 32L capacity is the "Goldilocks" size. It is large enough to function as a weekender bag or a heavy-duty gym/work hybrid, but it doesn't feel bulky or oversized when I'm just using it for a daily commute.
• Smart Organization: I love that it has a dedicated, padded sleeve that fits my laptop (up to 16") perfectly. The accessory pockets make it easy to find my keys and phone without digging through the main compartment, and the dual side pockets are actually sturdy enough to hold large water bottles.
• All-Day Comfort: Even when I have it loaded down with gear, the padded straps and breathable back panel make it incredibly comfortable to wear. The sternum strap is a great touch for added stability when I'm on the move.
• Durability & Ethics: You can feel the quality of the recycled ripstop nylon immediately. It’s tough, water-resistant, and I love supporting a brand that prioritizes sustainability and ethical manufacturing.

Do not like the Mente 32L Daypack
First, my order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I suppose it was partly fault of USPS. As I watched the tracking it traveled all over the US.
I've used numerous daypacks in my life. Never this brand before and I definitely don't like it. I liked the size & thought the design looked good but there are way too many various straps all over the thing. I hadn't noticed the chest straps which I would never use & there is no place to tuck them away. Waist straps are more common but I seriously wish companies would design a way to tuck unused straps away. These things just hang all over the daypack. It's a floppy mess. Cotopaxi should also include a band on all daypacks so they can slide over rolling luggage handles. I was aware that this model didn't have that but I honestly don't know why they can't be included on more daypacks. Hopefully I can return this. Waited so long for it & very disappointed.

Backpack for my gf
I bought a backpack for my gf and she absolutely loves it, she needed something for school, library and weekend trips. I like to tell her she’s a Cotopaxi girl now and she gets a huge grin on her face. Now I fear I’ve created a monster and must get more things

just what I was looking for
After years of using (and using up) a trusty old backpack, I was looking for something with ample capacity, waist-strap, sternum strap, and just enough organizing pockets. This definitely fit the bill!
