poor quality, ridiculously poor packing
hat was of poor quality, below what i would have expected from nordstrom. even more importantly it was shipped in a flimsy envelope rather than a box which meant that the hat was flattened and mangled during shipping so it arrived squashed and unwearable to the point that it would not regain it's shape. come'on nordstrom - a 180 dollar straw hat and you can't even ship it in a box? too bad because there were other hats on their website that i wanted to buy but i will shop somewhere else so as not to make this mistake again.
