Scam
This necklace is from a third party vendor. I ordered it and it never shipped. I started looking up the company - Vincero- and other people have had similar experiences. DO NOT ORDER. Still trying to get a refund but because it’s third party, Nordstrom has not been able to issue me a refund yet. Very frustrating. It’s a gift.

I ordered this 11/29. Just found out today that it’s not going to arrive until after 12/16. Way past the “ready for pick up by 12/9” notification Nordstrom provided. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered this. Like the review above, this was a birthday gift. Tried to cancel but Nordstrom wouldn’t cancel the order. Asked for a refund and they said I’d have to wait until I received a notice that it was finally ready for pick up. DON’T ORDER. Save yourself the headache and money.
