Product good, packaging resembles Adam and Eve packaging. Be careful
I was not sure what to expect when my hat showed up in a plastic bag in delivery. I was lucky the crown was not smashed and was able to right the ship pretty easily. I have a fat head and after a few adjustments of the snap back, it fit like a glove. Bill holds a good curved shape as well.
