bracelet comes in a small PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAG
As a long-time Nordstrom customer, it is extremely disappointed to receive this DY bracelet in a small ziplock bag. Inside the ziplock bag, the bracelet is wrapped inside some flimsy tissue paper. I bought this bracelet to give someone as a gift, so this is very disheartening. Even if the bracelet can’t be sent in an original box, could it at least be placed inside a DY cloth bag? I didn’t think it was too much to expect that.
I talked to Nordstrom customer service and was told that there’s nothing they can do, they can’t send out a box for this bracelet, and I was advised to return it if i don’t like it.

beautiful piece
I love this bracelet but it does run small, especially for “men”. It’s got a solid hook/latch but cumbersome to put on/remove yourself. Packaging could improve for gifting.
