For Fine Hair - Works Better than Any Other!
I have used Aveda Grooming Clay for years. It's hands down the best product on the market. Great smell, tight hold - yet pliable, volume building— Excellent! I really like everything about this product. I use on blown dry hair for maximum volume and hold.

never have items in stock
every time I have an order , it never fails, they don't have the items in stock. Why isnt' it taken off the site. Its getting very frustrating ordering from you.

Sort of flakes a bit and creates little white pieces that looks like dandruff if you put in too much.

works but smell is not preferable
This has okay hold. My son has fine hair and his hair somewhat stays in place throughout the day. However the smell is patchouli. Not a smell we like. Nordstrom should really include fragrance info on their products.

Workable hold, great for short hair
I've tried darn near every product out there, nothing has given me lasting volume like this. I blow dry using a gel and texturizing cream at the roots then take about a lima bean sized drop of this clay, disperse well over palms and fingers and rake through at roots. This allows my hair as much volume as I want, with the ability to refresh it throughout the day by lifting with my fingers. Fabulous, fabulous product. Aveda got it just right. Also too, the texture is matte, but not so much so that it ends up looking powdery. "I love the pliable texture, very easy to play around with as you style. Keeps hair in place without the strong, crunchy feel. Nice smell. And did I mention - it's great for short hair."
