Ultra Matte Gel Liner

What it is: An ultrapigmented and stay-all-day gel liner available in a rich array of colors and finishes that last.

What it does: A long-wearing, waterproof formula that makes it easy to create clean graphic lines.

How to use: Using an eyeliner brush, draw a line of your desired thickness along the lash line. Drag the liner out toward the temple for a bold wing. Use as a cream shadow by applying the gel liner in your desired shape and using a clean fluffy brush to blend the edges before the product sets.
