Melody Fine Grain Leather Tote

I’ve never heard of this brand and there apparently is a reason. I had to order this online because they were not stocked in the store. This bag is very stiff; especially the handles. I think they are too thick and they weirdly don't lie flat. Also, the bag is very boxy, and on my 5’4 size 4 frame looks too huge. The inside is not lined, and you do have a zippable pouch, but honestly it’s such a deep bag you’d still have a hard time locating even that. Overall, this is a very cheap feeling and cheap looking bag. I’m not recommending and will be returning. Additionally, this is for Nordstrom pickup in store(not for purchase locally) -the item wasn’t even unboxed from the original shipper. There was a product box inside the shipping box. Kind of odd because I’m wondering how customer service confirms for the customer the product shipped was the product ordered.
