Beautiful brush
This is a beautiful brush, well made and solid.
I love boar bristle brushes and have bought several, from Mason Pearson, Raincry, and Altesse.
I bought this as a gift for someone. It’s simply not what they needed, but this brush is excellent for someone who wants boar bristle in a round brush.
I disagree with the negative reviewers. The grip (if it becomes an issue for you) can be resolved by just putting a rubber band on the handle, but the handle is fine, and the construction is beautiful and elegant. It’s a brush that is made from all natural fibers and resin. If you want rubber and air vents, you can get that for $40.
This is an investment in something that’s actually great for your hair. If I didn’t already have so many boar bristle brushes, I would’ve kept it for myself.

The brush was too cumbersome for me. I have very thick & a "ton" of hair. The weight of the brush to difficult to manage. Styling my hair is a major investment of time & can't afford an awkward styling tool.

Great Brush
This is a great round brush. I have thin very curly hair and a lot of it. This brush helped me blow it straight. The brush handle did not melt as I saw mentioned. However, I agree with others that this brush could benefit from a rubber grip of some type.
