The quality of this bag rivals that of other very high-end coated canvas bags, such as LV. If you love the functionality of Longchamp totes, then this is a luxurious upgrade without much cost. So worth the added expense. The inside feels so nice as well with two great pockets, one perfect for my phone. Handles slip easily on shoulder and bag is small and big at the same time. Holds a ton. Can be casual or dressy. I am in love!!!

Higher price is being charged to customers
The price online is 240 but the tag sent with the item is 225. I am a loyal Nordstrom customer but when I called customer service was dismissed and told to send an email. Buyer beware if you are paying 240.

My New Favorite Bag!
I bought this new Longchamp City Tote (Coated Canvas) in Black color and Small (with Medium Capacity, same size as LV Neverfull MM). I am so pleased with the quality and look of this bag. I have been a fan of Longchamp as it’s a durable and very practical bag. But this new line looks so classy and expensive than it actually is! You get a lot for your buck and it goes well with everything! It can be an everyday bag, work bag, travel bag as it has a zipper and a flap that keeps everything safe in your bag. I love this so much and I plan on getting the Terracotta and Sand colors and then the top handle version and the mini bag in Taupe. I will get them all one paycheck at a time! Lol’ i am obsessed!

Perfect Everyday Tote
I am not careful with my handbag. I like to store a water bottle in my bag, snacks, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, makeup, and eye drops. This bag is perfect for this purpose. I have no issues with the straps falling off my shoulder like another reviewer stated. I am about 5'8" tall and around 140 lbs so maybe that reviewer was a different height or body type. I took this to a job interview and was able to easily fit inside of this tote the padfolio with my resume for the meeting. I am also can fit my MacBook Air in this bag and obviously a kindle or iPad. This bag can fold flat by creasing in the bottom but I don't think it is intended to fold up any more that than because there is no snap on the lower back of the bag like the nylon version. I wish it had a carry on luggage handle sleeve on the back because I will definitely use this as my personal item when I fly from now on. I got it on sale and I honestly was so excited to find something I love this much for such a reasonable price that I don't have to worry about getting makeup etc. on it. Definitely a great gift for a professional or frequent traveler.

Zipper broke

HEAVY MATERIALS & STRAPS FALLING OFF FROM SHOULDER
Own tons of designer bags that cost from the range of US 4000 to US 12000 more, and this longchamp does not meet my expectations! Shoulders strap keeping falling off from my shoulders! Totally disappointed!
