Disappointed...
I purchased the luggage leather color a few months ago. I appreciated the extra cushion in the heel as well as the overall shape/look. Despite the scratch/embrasure on the outside of the right heel that was present when I first opened the box, I decided to keep them (mainly because I was in desperate need for shoes to wear to school). Fast forward to now, September, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this pair of shoes. The left heel has split apart where the leather meets the outsole (you can see the inside of the shoe!), a piece of the outsole on my right heel has broken off, and the outsole near the top of my right shoe is detaching. I'm truly disappointed in these shoes. Don't pay nearly $90 for low quality flats that won't withstand normal wear.

Nice dress shoe
This is a really nice dress shoe. The leather is super soft and there's some supportive cushioning on the sole. I have kind of wide feet so they did pinch a bit on the toes and dug into the back of my ankles so unfortunately not a great fit for me. But still a cute shoe.

runs big... no, seriously.
Beautiful shoe. The sizing is COMPLETELY off. I read in the reviews that it fits big, but I ordered my normal size since I have ordered smaller sizes based off of reviews before and it didn't work out. I ordered an 8.5W and it was huge, so I returned it and ordered an 8W. STILL too big. I'm sort of over the shoe at this point even though its comfortable and great quality. It's such a hassle. This company needs to update their sizes since I have never seen a shoe fit so completely big like this before.

Comfortable shoes, sizing is off though
I am a pretty regular size 8 in most shoes with an occasional size 7.5 in some flats and I ordered a size 7W in these shoes and even that was a bit big. I love these shoes though since they are so comfortable and stylish, but the sizing is quite off. I would suggest ordering a whole size down, maybe even a size and a half down.

Heel slips
Super cute flats but my feet slipped out of them! I tried 3 different sizes and even when they were tight, my heels slipped out. So bummed because they are very cute and had some cushion.

Incredibly Bad Quality
These shoes are incredibly comfortable, right out of the box! I was so excited to find a comfy yet professional shoe to wear with business casual. Unfortunately they completely fell apart in less than 2 weeks of light wear. The leather on the toes quickly became scuffed and wore off within the first couple of wears. After about 10 days I noticed that the leather on both heels had worn down completely to the inner lining. I was actually pretty embarrassed as I was out meeting clients all day and didn't discover how bad they looked until later that evening.
