Shady
I purchased these sunglasses without realizing they were being sold by a 3rd party marketplace vendor. They didn't work out, and when I returned them, Velvet denied my refund claiming I mailed them an empty box. The only way that would be possible would be if the package had been damaged in transit, and the tracking information indicated that it was not.
