This luxe infant car seat features ClimaFlow™ ventilation and extraplush padding on the infant head and lumbar inserts to ensure a comfortable and secure ride.

Why parents will love it: The rear-facing design includes a contoured, ergonomic handle, one-click installation and self-wicking fibers to keep baby dry and comfy. Plus, the easily removable seat pad can go straight into the washing machine and dryer, while the updated fabric is free of fire-retardant chemicals.

Why kids will love it: The plush, premium PureCosi™ fabric provides extra cushioning, with cozy head and neck support, soft body pillows and a cushioned seat pad. The shell is designed with ClimaFlow Technology for added ventilation to keep your baby cooler. An extended sun canopy helps to keep sunlight from bothering little ones and offers UV protection on the go.

Safety features: Patented Air Protect® technology provides superior side impact protection around the head and extends down the side as well. Another improved safety feature is the anti-rotation stability leg that limits back and forth movement for maximum head and neck protection. The stay-in-car base features three adjustable positions and 1-click LATCH system. For added convenience, the adjustable base includes tightness and level indicators to provide visual confirmation of accurate installation.

Poor quality
The liner on our car seat did the same thing! Less than 3 months since use. Who do I contact? I sent an email and never got a response.

Embarrassing seat to take around - peels
Purchased in 2024 and used for our 2024 and later 2025 babies. We had two of the same seats and both had the same annoying issue everyone else is reporting - the seat covers are supposed to be easily remove able and washable but they don’t actually stay on after you’ve taken them off the first time. They constantly peel back off and scrunch up as your baby is in the seats exposing the foam and the canopy’s also constantly fall off. These seats really are a pain to constantly have to adjust and also embarrassing to take out of the car and carry around with the foam sticking out and peeling everywhere.

The seat covers should stay securely in place after washing, and you should never have to deal with them peeling back, scrunching up, or exposing the foam. That’s not the experience we want for you, and it’s definitely not how the covers are intended to perform. The canopy repeatedly falling off only adds to the frustration, especially when you’re trying to carry the seat and keep everything looking clean and put‑together. Don’t get this carseat
I’ve had this car seat for a year and I’m so glad my child grew out of it. I received this car seat as a replacement for a nice car seat I bought that was recalled and I wish I had asked for my money back instead. The car seat is safe and that’s about all it has going for it. For one, the “easy to remove cover” is not easy to remove. It requires a screw driver and it’s a pain to get it off. And getting the cover back on is even worse. It took four hands to be able to screw it back on and to wedge the cover back into the tiny slot it goes in. The sunshade never stayed in place because the clips slide out way too easily. And the chest clip isn’t super secure. It would click in place and occasionally unclip itself mid driving. I’ve had many car seats in my day and this is the worse. Seriously, buy anything else. I love Maxi Cosí products but I wish I could get my money back on this one. I didn’t try because it already was a hassle to get the replacement.

You should never feel stuck with a product that’s difficult to use or doesn’t meet your expectations. The cover is designed to be removable, but it should not require the level of effort you described. This model does not require any screwing to remove the seat pad or reinstall it. The issues with the sunshade slipping out of place and the chest clip occasionally coming undone are also concerns we take seriously, which we can help with. Great infant car seat
I bought this with the Tayla travel system, so far no complaints. Great quality and still looks almost brand new and my kid is 1. I don’t understand the previous bad review unless they were expressively pulling on the structure.
