poor quality
Bought it in February and the handles started wearing quickly and broke 6 months later. Tried to return it but sales manager said it was wear & tear. Advertised as leather but handles are plastic. I told the manager she can have it. Oh, Nordstrom how things have changed

Handles damage the top trim of the bag

POOR quality
We’ve had this bag for about a year and had numerous zipper problems. I leave it open most of the time because of the poor zipper operation. It’s not smooth, it splits and one of the zipper pulls fell off. The handles are also coming apart. I work out of the house with 20% travel so there’s no excuse for this.
