strange proportions
A significant amount of ruching in one side makes it look like the garment hem and side are caught in something. One shoulder longer than the other, and one arm hole larger than the other creates an awkward balance when the neckline is asymmetrical. Too much going on. The only way it would work for me is if it were always worn with another layer over it such as a jacket; then it would showcase the lovely neckline and obscure the other affectations.
