Perfect Size for Commuting
I recently started walking to work and needed a backback large enough for work shoes, laptop and miscellaneous other small items I need throughout the day. I searched high and low for something that was both functional and feminine and settled on the Phillip Lim 31 Hour backpack. Although I wasn't happy about spending $1100 on something solely used for work, I resigned myself to spending the money and was about to pull the trigger when I found this bag. It is remarkably similar to the Phillip Lim bag at literally 1/10 the price and it looks like it's made of good quality leather, though vegan.
The inside is roomy enough for a laptop, a pair of work shoes, a wallet, and some other small items. This is not a laptop bag, so the laptop will move around on the inside if you don't have other things in there that keep it in place. There is a small flat pocket on the inside good for a phone or money. There are two little pockets on either side of the bag on the outside perfect for an umbrella and sunglasses. The zipper in the front is flat, so the only things you can keep in there have to be flat like money or a metro pass.
Overall, an amazing value for the money, well made, good looking, and does the job for which it was purchased. A+
