I am a 20+ years Munro customer. I have never struggled to find the right fit as I have in the last 2 years.
I was so glad to see this style because I love a cute flat. They run small and fit narrow. I ordered the 9 WW and they fit like an 8.5 W.

Not like the past versions of Munro flats!
I ordered these a half size up since information on the website said they ran small, but they were a bit too large. All of these flats that are not made in Munro's domestic factory just are not as good as the previous versions that were made there. Some reviewers said the toe box was too snug, but I didn't have that perception myself. I honestly don't know what the difference is between Munro's domestic and foreign made flats, but it is perceptible to me unfortunately. I have ordered another version of Munro flats that is domestic made so I can be sure to have something that works. Munro, please delve into why there is a difference because many other customers didn't give high marks for them. Apologies to Nordstrom, but I am grateful to be able to return these flats due to fitting issues.

Rubbed top of toe
These are really pretty on, nice arch support and heel does not slip up and down. They are short and the toe box is not high enough, rubs on your toe tops. Too bad.

Runs Small
I really wanted this shoe to fit, but it seems to run really small. I ordered an 8.5 medium, which is my usual size in Munro, but I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. The black suede is a beautiful shoe, but there appears to be a sizing problem.
