Poor quality, 0 interior organizing bags
I have a Stephanie Johnson bag that I’ve loved and have used for nearly 20 years, but it is finally showing its signs of age. I intended to replace it with this one, but, boy howdy, was I disappointed. The materials and construction feel cheap, and to top it off, not a single one of the four interior organizing bags that was intended to be included was in the box. Brutal. Needless to say, I’ll be returning.
I’ve been a loyal customer for 35 years, but between this, the number of canceled orders I’ve received over the last several years, and drastically shortened return windows at The Rack, I’m becoming increasingly disappointed in Nordstrom’s service. How hard can it be in this day and age to get your ordering and inventory system squared away?! Plus, ONTRAC as a shipper is terrible -- they are no doubt cheaper than other services.
And now, just as I hit “submit” for this review, “There is an error on our end…try again later.” Sigh.

Amazing makeup bag

I love that it has small bags inside to help keep my makeup organized. I am able to fit everything in need into the bag! Stylish and functional briefcase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really beautiful , nicely designed travel case. The quality feels very durable and long lasting. As you can see in the pictures , each individual case is removable and held in by Velcro which is genius. You can use the ones you need and remove the ones you don’t. Perfect size for traveling as well.

Love love love the bag a lot!
