Hit or Miss sometimes
Sometimes House of CB is a hit or miss.. I feel like clothing and brands need to recognize that not all women are Bella Hadid skinny with no curves.. This dress is cute if you are a toothpick and have a flat chest and are stick.. I am a small person with slight curves and have a bustier chest and the top part is tight and I ordered a small..
