This is the strangest experience I have ever had with Nordstrom. Shoes arrived today scuffed in a plastic baggy with no brand box or anything. They are totally used/destroyed and $198 full price plus tax. I am really worried about the future of Nordstrom with these logistics in place. Very upset to think I may have an issue returning these even though they came to me completely trashed like a stylist purposely scuffed the soles for a shoot. Really shocked and dismayed. I don’t have time to deal with taking these back and finding new shoes before the event I needed them for. I just got an email from my local store I just achieved the next loyalty status with Nordstrom and I am just kind of wondering what the point of becoming “Ambassador” is if I am going to be sent literally trash for spending $200.
