received wrong item; poor quality; hard to return
I received a different color from what I had ordered (I ordered green-tan-blue and the rug I received was mostly red with no green whatsoever). The packaging does not survive being opened to inspect the item, making returns difficult. (I don't live near a Nordstrom store.)
I also noticed that the item is thin and uncomfortable against bare feet--it lacks in quality.
