Nordstrom service is very disappointed!

Will try not buying from Nordstrom. Item was delivered to the wrong address with proven photo. They don't even bother to check and follow up on the problem. Instead, just tell you no refund and case closed! As a consumer, you should be aware of it. Nordstrom use to be having good service, not anymore!
