LOVE BUT HAND WASH
I love the cut and elegant draping of this top. It’s not cut too low, not too sheer, perfect in every way. Just wish it wasn’t hand wash. Sadly, that might be the deal breaker for me to return it. I have lots of tops in the Rails brand, and even when hand washed, they tend to shrink.
