Margot Girls' Tiered Skirt by LH Sport

I ordered 2 Hampton Blooms color skirts and this brand sent me 2 Hot Pink skirts instead of the correct print. I picked the skirts up at my local Rack store, which is miles closer than my local Nordstrom. I was told that I could not return them because Rack does not take Marketplace items. So, I called customer service and they were kind enough to refund me and have me mail in the return instead. I expect more from Nordstrom and its partners. It’s one thing to get an order wrong and another to make it difficult to return when the mistake was made by its marketplace partner. Not a fan of the Marketplace so far between this and my limited ability to return items within a 90 day period.
