This dress had potential but the neck loop was enormous and not adjustable - it would not have even been worth trying to have it hemmed. Sadly the fabric was kind of cheap too - shame because the light pink gingham and halter style would be so cute for summer! And even at 4’ 11’ it would have been the perfect maxi dress with heels just off the ground.
