Worth the buy — recommend trying on in person!
This dress is meticulously crafted from durable materials that prevent the corset’s boning from piercing through. The fabric lies flat and smooth, and the pleats maintained their shape even after being packed in a suitcase for several hours—no steaming or ironing needed, which is remarkable. However, the fabric is prone to snagging, so if you plan to wear it with long nails, take caution. I typically wear an XS and have a D/DD bust; I chose my usual size, but after a light dinner, I realized sizing up to a small would have been more comfortable. I highly recommend this dress and greatly appreciate the designer’s craftsmanship. If possible, I suggest trying it on in person before purchasing.

bad sizing
House of cb!!! You guys need to start adding stretch to clothes. Idk if yall are using sizes of only people in Europe, but your sizing sucks. I usually wear a medium- large. I ordered a large and my head couldn’t even fit into it talkless of my boobs. It says L but in reality it’s a SMALL. This is like the 6th house of cb dress I’m having issues with on sizing!

bad sizing
House of cb!!! You guys need to start adding stretch to clothes. Idk if yall are using sizes of only people in Europe, but your sizing sucks. I usually wear a medium- large. Sizing WAY off
The dress itself is beautiful, but the sizing could not be more awful! I am 5'5'' and have a 27'' waist and consistently wear a size 4 or small. I followed their size chart and ordered the small and I could not even zip the dress! I returned it for a medium which also would not zip past my waist. I can understand some variability in sizing, but I have never seen a size chart so incorrect that I needed to order TWO sizes up. House of CB's sizing is a nightmare- at minimum, they should have an accurate size chart to save people the trouble.

SO SO SMALL
I ordered this dress based on the size chart I’m a size 4 with D boobs so I ordered that, it would not even remotely zip. I’m trying to order a large now and will post an update. Literally what is this sizing, be aware!!

Poor material
Material isn’t good. Came with a make up stain on the inside. Little pieces of it flare / end up having little strings / marks. Upsetting because of how expensive the dress is. Not a true medium plus. Tried same dress on at House of CB in London & it was more tight / supportive. This one felt like it was worn before even though it had the ribbon still on it, and the random stain on the inside was off putting to me.

What is this sizing?
I typically wear a medium, so a 6 or 8 depending on the shape and stretch of a dress. I ordered this size with the fuller bust version because I am a full D cup. Could get it clipped but couldn’t come anywhere close to zipping it. Fit like it was two sizes too small. I decided to take a chance given the bad reviews and was sorely disappointed that everyone was correct. The size chart is just way off.
