Terrible!
I’ve been trying to get this bag in the Cherry color for awhile! When I seen it on Nordstrom site I jumped and ordered it quickly! The order came within 3 days! To my surprise, I was sent a used item with the missing cross body strap! Bucket bag was just thrown in the box with a piece of plastic around it! Paying $400 and this is what Nordstrom does??? Really wow!!! So disappointing and disgusted!

No help was told to just accept the loss
I purchased this bag for my wife in store with a representative as well as a watch is selected for both items to be in-store pick up when I went to pick up my Watch. They issued me the Quartz movement of the Tissot PRX. When I purchased the automatic version there is a $400 price difference explaining to them that I recently walked from upstairs and came straight downstairs to the Watch counter. There was a lot of negative feedback as if I was trying to steal a watch that I clearly paid for the purse that I tried to purchase was shipped to my house while I was out of town I have a very good security system and no purse was ever delivered to my front door. The customer service team did nothing to assist. I pretty much simply took a loss and was told to contact the police.
