The Jacquard Large Tote Bag

Avoid Ordering from Norstrom Online! I had a horrible experience with my recent order. I purchased a bag and a pair of shoes, but only received the shoes. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the bag was shipped with the shoes, but that doesn’t make sense—the bag was far too large to fit in the box they sent. It feels like they're using the "delivered" status as an excuse to deny claims, even though I never received the full order. I’ve seen many others report similar issues, particularly with expensive items that seem to mysteriously "disappear." To make matters worse, customer service sent me a generic email telling me to contact UPS or FedEx, even though the shipment was handled by ONTRACT. They promised to investigate, but minutes later, I received an email denying the claim. It’s clear they don’t care about resolving issues or providing good service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
