Yes, the other reviews are correct, if you were to select the size you have always worn, then yes it runs 'bigger'. I am usually a 7 but the 6.5 was fine. Per the picture the heel design is great. The surface area when walking on a hard surface is much easier to walk in because there is more support on the heel (compared to a standard pump pictured next to it). You will actually feel stability and not wobbling like in a regular tight role thin pump.

I’ve ordered three different ivory colored 4” heels in the past two weeks. The first two went back because they were so uncomfortable that they were unwearable! These are great! I read the reviews that said they ran big. I ordered my normal size, which is 11. A customer service rep told me that even when shoes generally run big or small, the bigger sizes are more likely to be true to size. They’re not super tight in my feet, but not too loose either. Exact color and style I was looking for!!! Love the unique heel!

I ordered two pairs of the latte beige color. Size 6.5 was true to size but the quality was horrific. Unfortunately I already returned them before I took pictures. The front toe area, BOTH shoes had some peeling of the leather or was see through to the white underneath. Both heels on both shoes has small dents on the plastic of the bottom of the heel. The top part of the heel stem was unattached on one shoe, and on a different heel stem was as if someone accidentally spilled resin or glue. I had such high hopes as this was the perfect color. Honestly, not worth the $150. Maybe another color and material work better, but the plain leather, no.
