An impressive serum
I’ve used a lot of different brands from The Ordinary to La Mer. I’m looking for results over anything else. I was looking for a serum that I could use to gently maintain my skin texture between peels and treatments. This is it! This is amazing for my skin, which is both sensitive and dry with a slightly oily t-zone (aka a total headache). This is so simple to use, and actually works, I use it every night and have seen a major difference in just 2 weeks. When I pair it with the recovery treatment oil at night (I’m becoming a brand fanatic), my skin wakes up bright refreshed and plump even before I get out of bed (this combo also eliminated my pesky mask acne)! I’m already considering getting M+G’s glycolic pads and advanced skincare line and saying goodbye to my intense (and expensive) monthly treatments. It might also be relevant to some that when I started using this I did get some tiny whitehead-like bumps, but they disappeared after a few days and didn’t grow in size. I assume it was purging from increased exfoliation which then went away after my skin was refreshed and renewed thanks to continued use of this serum. Try it! You’ll become a huge fan too!
