Panama Waffle Robe

I purchased this robe as a Christmas gift for my daughter along with a white spa robe from Pottery Barn that she said she wanted. I thought it would be fun for her to have a choice and when the Nordstrom Waffle Robe came I fell in love. Unfortunately for me, she did too and now we are twinning because I ordered one for myself immediately. The fabric feels dreamy. It id soft and a perfect weight, not flimsy nor heavy. I lived in it for our holiday break until an unfortunate incident with a pot of simmering pasta sauce got on the sleeves. By the way the sleeve length is perfect. I am thrilled to say that it washed beautifully. A great purchase and I highly recommend.

This robe was made from nice, soft material, but it was enormous, and looked sloppy. The double-decker belt loops contributed to this a great deal. It's clearly a robe for men that was repackaged for women. I'm 5'7" — not tiny, in other words — and I couldn't really reach the patch pockets on the front of the robe. Instead of feeling luxurious, this just felt clown-like. This went back.
