I would say it fits to size and the length was on the ankle for me, I am 5. 9ish

Perfect length for me when
Perfect length for me when I wear heels, bunches up a bit on the hip area because of the zipper, and wish it had easier adjustable strap, as the only way to pull the front higher on the strap is by moving them along the strings, but overall a cute and comfortable dress!
