BAD CUT ON SIZING

I saw one review that said too small and didn't believe it so I ordered anyway. I wear 14 in dresses and they always fit perfect. This wasn't even close to zipping on top. I would size up but the skirt will be too big. Whoever did the design messed up on sizing. Otherwise I love the style, the color and how lightweight it is. If the top part fit this dress would've been amazing. Maybe works if you're tiny on top.
