Cute sandal and looks better in person
I saw these sandals in Nordstrom and tried them on. They look much better in person and look really nice on. I normally wear a size 7 in a shoe and the Birkenstock size 38 fit perfectly. If you're looking for a cute pair of Birkenstocks this one is worth trying on.

Big buckle vs. regular buckle
I have the same sandal, size 41, in the regular buckle and these run smaller. Comparing the same size back to back. And they don’t even offer the next size, sad.

Gave me blisters! Almist ruined my vacation
I was really excited for these as beach shoes. I immediately got blisters on the balls of both feet after wearing them for a few hours. Then I got blisters on the arches of both feet. After another day of wearing them, I developed blisters on the top of my big toe. I wound up wearing sneakers on the beach because I could barely walk in these shoes anymore

Not worth it
The buckle is fine, it’s what keeps the buckle secured onto the flap. It broke leaving me with a useless sandal. So disappointing.

runs small
Ordered the same size in these as I did for an EVA pair last year and it is definitely smaller. Not sure if it's the big buckle brand. Would have exchanged for the next size up if it had been available.

Unusable
The EVA material is slippery when wet. It’s a beach / pool shoe that one would assume could get wet. My feet would slip out and I’d turn my ankle. Also got a couple of small blisters after just wearing a little while. They also made a weird squeak noise. Threw them out so someone else didn’t get annoyed or hurt by them. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy these.
