Madison Thin Bracelet in 18K Gold, 3mm

I love this little bracelet! Yes, it will likely be smaller than you expect. The pictures on the David Yurman site represent it better. It is expensive but in line with DY pricing and 18k gold pricing. For me, it is worth it. You can tell it is really well made and the details are on point. I particularly love the clasp. The workmanship and style are there and that is why you buy a DY piece.

This DY Madison Thin Bracelet is on the dainty side and fairly lightweight, but looks very cute when stacked with other bracelets. Love the details of the links. It seems pretty sturdy for a thin bracelet. I bought size MEDIUM and it is exactly 7 inches long and 3mm wide. The packaging was nothing fancy though as it came in a Nordstrom cardboard box with a DY COA, pouch, and cleaning cloth.

Very dainty and lightweight (which I wanted and expected) but not insubstantial where I feel like I'm going to break it by just changing my clothes and accidentally catching it on something. I wear a lot of thin gold bracelets so I plan to pair it with them but also looks great just by itself. Easy to get on and off by myself.

Like all DY, it’s beautifully crafted in the details. I usually purchase from DY, but from Nordy, I just ordered this chain bracelet as well as the gold cable cuff to go with all of my two-tone cable cuffs. As others said, it doesn’t have much weight to it, very delicate and dainty — that’s great for everyday use in one sense because you won’t feel it on you. BUT the links are almost so thin that being softer 18k, I’m worried a link could easily snag or get bent/break. While the price could be worth it for 18k and knowing the DY quality/name, due to the size and fragility, I think I would rather spend a grand 14k that’s a little more durable and noticeable. I’m still debating though because it’s really cute. If they had a less expensive 14k version, I would keep it but having trouble justifying the price for the size and how often I’ll wear it given the durability concerns.
