Madison® Sterling Silver Chain Bracelet, 13.5mm

Decided to purchase this from Nordstrom as a longtime customer, instead of direct from David Yurman. I received this from Nordstrom, completely tarnished, in a broken box without the David Yurman pouch and cleaning cloth. I also paid for the gift wrap bag which I did not receive. I will be returning it and purchasing direct from David Yurman. It's a gift for my wife for our 20th anniversary and Yurman will overnight at no charge. I have ordered direct from Yurman, and it comes polished and properly packaged. Epic fail for Nordstrom and they have lost my business. Tried to chat with a Nordstrom rep and all they could do was tell me to start a return. I assume they use AI & it's not even a real person. Wonder why department stores are going out of business these days???!!!! Norstrom no longer has exceptional customer service.
