Madeye Stiletto Boot

I never received this item...First I never received notification of when the item arrived at the store for pick up...I followed up and was told and received confirmation via email that yes the item was in store and an extension of time for pick up was being provided...When I arrived at the store I was advised rather nonchalantly that the item was sent back...I show the representative the email of extension of time to pick I was met with yeah but no the item is not here!!! I was surprised yet disappointed in how poorly customer care is extended nowadaysat NordstromFlagshipNYC...Perhaps this is a new normal...Purchase for pickup at your own risk!!!
