Defective zippers
First pair had a defective zipper on one boot. Replacement pair had defective zippers on both boots.

Zipper Glued In, Falls off
I tried these on at the store and when I pulled the zipper it came off. The salesperson and I looked at it and they were glued on. When he pulled on the other one it came apart. Not a good design for the zipper. Otherwise comfortable and would have purchased them.

Love them but they got holes in less than 2 years!

Not the best quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these almost daily for the first few months after receiving them, and they felt well made, so I expected them to hold up; however, I found a one inch tear in the boot, and I’m not rough on my shoes.
I tried using gorilla tape, but it didn’t adhere to the boot well. So now I have some cute but ineffective rain boots that I won’t recommend to anyone.
