The Remy Mary Jane Flat (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these in the dark carob woven leather and they were immediately comfortable and look much more expensive than they are. I wore them to the Brooklyn botanic gardens where I walked for hours and never felt any uncomfortable pinching or rubbing. The soles are well cushioned too. Couldn’t be happier. I had to size up to a 7 in a different style of the Remy flats, but my usual 6.5 fit in the woven style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The woven version of the Remy is completely adorable yet deeply flawed. The material is rough and my heel constantly was slipping out during my try on and the woven material rubbed my heel in the worst of ways. Second, the bottom sole is crazy slippery! I could barely walk in my house in hard floors in these shoes as they were slipping everywhere! The size seems spot on otherwise and I’m entirely disappointed these didn’t work for me. I’ve purchased one a many Madewell shoes and I was shocked at how uncomfortable and unwearable these shoes were.
