The Perfect Vintage High Waist Jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've heard a lot of hype about the perfect vintage jeans, so when these went on sale, I decided to purchase a pair and try them for myself. I finally know what everyone was raving about. These are truly the perfect vintage jeans, just the right amount of give, fitted at the waist and ever so slightly loose around the thighs. I am in love and these will definitely not be the last pair of jeans I'll be getting from Madewell. I have totally been converted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this pair of jeans when I first got it--loved the quality, the wash, the length (because they have it in petite), the rise (because I have a short torso so high rise always look a bit too high on me), and the fit. But as I wore the jeans, they got looser and looser to a point where they just end up looking so frumpy! When I wash them, they'd get fitted again but within a wear or two they'd be loose again. I don't want to keep washing my jeans unless I have to since washing them frequently isn't great for them so now I just have to live with this pair of jeans that's way too loose on me... it's crazy because I'm a size 26 and actually got a 25 in these and they still got so loose! It's also a real shame that you won't know how loose the jeans will get until you've worn them a bit (aka when you can no longer return them). Just very disappointed in this purchase because I have loved everything else I've bought from Madewell so far. Be careful with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wearing these as we speak - so comfy and the perfect light wash jean! I'm petite (5'2) with a short torso, hourglass waistline, and 28" inseam. I got the standard size even if I usually get petites due to the size availability, and I still love them! Cuffing the bottom hem adds to the cute lived-in feel.
