The Jayna Braided Slide Sandal (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always so nervous buying shoes online and I suppose I was just the boldest version of myself springing for these on final sale but I'm so glad I did! I feel cool as heck when I wear them. I'm usually a long but narrow 9.5, and after reading reviews about running small I went for the 10 and am pleased. The braided nature of the straps is more forgiving size-wise than your average sandal and also haven't given me any blisters. Not gonna walk for miles in them, but they are certainly comfortable for a fashion sandal. The only weird thing is that the strap on one of the shoes came braided much looser than the other in a way I've yet to figure out if I can correct, but have been making do just fine.

Was looking for a pair of dressier flat sandals for summer to add to my capsule wardrobe & stumbled upon these. I had a baby last year & my feet tend to run a bit wider now, especially during summer, so I tend to stay away from narrow shoes like these but figured I’d see if I could make them work. I was toying around with returning them because of this but after walking around in them in my bedroom, the leather started to stretch a bit and I kept them. They’re super comfortable & can be dressed up with dresses or fun pants or down with jeans or shorts. A timeless staple! I normally would go for brown leather or black but these colors are muted enough to blend in with most everything I wear (earth tones & neutrals). Worth a try!
