Bring back the stretch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to swear by Madewell jeans, which is why this pair was such a letdown. They quietly switched from a zipper fly to a button fly and removed all stretch. Now they’re 100% cotton, stiff, rigid, and nowhere near as soft or forgiving as before. They look fine, but they feel like work jeans, not everyday favorites. Really disappointed and hoping Madewell reconsiders this direction.

why are these so big

Decent Pair of Jeans

Good dark wash.Much softer and thinner than previous pairs of 1991 jeans. Disappointing.Button fly instead of zipper is a negative for me.

Run large in waist

The wash is great but these ran about a size large in the waist. Length was good.

Great jeans

Weight of the denim is top notch. Great quality and ended up purchasing another pair because the fit and form were perfect.
