Pieced Barrel Jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to purchase barrel jeans because of my height. I am 4'11" and weigh 105. Barrel jeans usually are too overwhelming for petites but not these jeans. These have a subtle barrel shape and they look stylish! I did not purchase petite because I wanted full length and these reach my foot. I tried P25 in the store but the waist was huge on me and they were slightly shorter than regular. They went up to my ankle. My usual size is 26P but I purchased regular 24 which fits perfectly. I don't have evem have to hem them. I like the dark color too,

The only “downside” to these pants is that they are button enclosure instead of zip. But it keeps it shape and isn’t too cumbersome. Madewell runs big for me… I’m usually a size 4/27 but always a 25 at Madewell, but it can vary on the style and color. Trying on in person makes the shopping experience easier and more successful. These style great with all kinds of shoes - I’ve worn with boots, sandals, sneakers. They wash well. They make me feel fancy & dressed up while still super comfy - a perfect combo.
