Best quality maternity jeans I have found. Run slightly large but not enough for me to size down. The mesh over the bump part has some buttons in the back making it slightly adjustable.

Belly piece not stretch enough
I was only able to comfortably wear these until 20 weeks. The jeans part fits well, but the elastic is digging into my belly. Was hoping I'd be able to wear until 3rd trimester.

Maternity Jeans

Tearing
Hi, I purchased these at 19 weeks to wear in my second trimester. My bump just his 20 weeks and though I'm not as large as I will get soon the upper belly portion of the jeans has started to rip at the seam on both sides. The material is too thin at the stitching to support the stretch like a jersey material would be able to. The jeans themselves are good quality as all Madewell pieces are and why I purchased my one pair of maternity jeans from Madewell. However, the tearing as disappointing because they are brand new and I have quite of bit of time to go!Otherwise, because my bump isn't quite holding the jeans up yet I have to pull them up at the sides over and over to get them to stay up. A little elastic would help this although wouldn't look as nice.The material that goes over the bump is not very soft and not enjoyable to tug up over the belly. I'm 5'6" and they hit at my ankle bone.I purchased sixe 26" and I'm 5'6". My pre-pregnancy size is a 25". They are slightly large.

Almost identical to non-maternity Madewell denim
The kick out crop is my go to fit at Madewell, and while this was very similar to that, the fit is a bit different in terms of where the pockets and inseam fall, and the denim quality doesn’t seem to be as high as usual Madewell denim in terms of softness. I did size up from my usual 28 to a 29 to allow extra room as my tummy grows, so that could be the reason bell f the fit!
