Beverley Mary Jane Flat (Women)

i’ve had these flats for almost 2 years. i bought them before visiting a man in London, on a whim, was nervous about breaking them in while walking a good amount, but yolo’d it, and can now genuinely say, theses are some of the best flats i have ever purchased. not only did they break in flawlessly in london, ive actually trekked all over the world with them. they certainly don’t look like the model picture anymore, but they are well loved, and still holding strong. hiking down the streets of Menton, FR today was the only time i legit worried about them, because the roads are so steep. i fear these flats will not last me a lifetime, mainly because they are my daily go-tos, but my god, will they take you places. i’ve regularly done 15,000 steps in them, as they go with every outfit and have actually never left a blister. i am no longer with said man, but am better off for having shoes that outlive a relationship. photos from 1.5 years of (tough) wear and tear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally pulled the trigger on these shoes and was only disappointed with the sizing. I purchased size 8 which is my normal size but they were tight all around and had to exchange them for an eight and a half. I never wear eight and a half in any brand or any type of shoe. There's a little bit of gaping by the strap on the outside of the shoe but I am willing to deal with that because otherwise they're quite comfortable.

I finally pulled the trigger on these shoes after eyeing them for quite some time. Got them at a great discount. They are quite comfortable but do run small. I am generally a size 8, sometimes even a size 7 1/2, but needed to exchange these for an 8 1/2 and because the 8s were very tight all around. There's a little bit of gaping near the strap on the outside of the foot which I don't love but they are so comfortable that I am willing to deal with that.
